LubeRegistry uses a limited number of cookies to operate the Platform and understand how visitors use it. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or behavioral profiling. Here is what we use:

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymous data about how visitors interact with the Platform — such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which search filters are used. This helps us understand which features are most useful and where to focus improvements. Google Analytics sets cookies including `_ga` and `_ga_*` that expire after a maximum of 14 months. No personally identifiable information is collected through these cookies.

If you are a registered supplier, the Platform uses a session cookie (`supplier_session`) to keep you logged in to your dashboard. This cookie is set when you log in and expires after 30 days or when you log out. An admin session cookie (`admin_session`) is used for internal platform administration and expires after 8 hours.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is set. If you disable cookies, the analytics features will not track your visit, but the core directory and search features of the Platform will continue to work normally. Supplier dashboard login requires the session cookie to function.
