See Who Stocks It Nearby
Results show how many verified local suppliers carry that product. Click "View Suppliers" to see the full list — name, city, delivery radius, minimum order, and phone number.
Choose a Supplier and Check Stock
Pick the supplier that fits your location and order size. Click "Check Stock" on their listing, fill in your name, email, and phone. Your inquiry goes directly to that supplier — no one else.
The Supplier Contacts You
The supplier receives your request and reaches out to confirm availability, pricing, and lead time. From there it's a direct conversation — no platform fees, no commissions on your order.

Is my contact information shared with multiple suppliers?
No. When you submit a Check Stock request, your information goes only to the specific supplier you chose. Other suppliers on the same product page do not receive your details.
Can I contact more than one supplier for the same product?
Yes. If you want to compare pricing or availability, you can submit a Check Stock request to multiple suppliers independently. Each is a separate inquiry.
Why does it say my information is "locked"?
Suppliers pay a small fee to unlock your full contact details. This ensures only serious, vetted suppliers follow up — not every distributor who sees your name in a list. If a supplier has not unlocked your lead, they have not seen your contact information.
How quickly will a supplier respond?
Suppliers are notified immediately when you submit a request. Response times vary by supplier, but most active listings respond within one business day. The first supplier to unlock and reply has the best chance of earning your business.
What if no supplier carries the product I need?
Search results will show "No local supplier" for products with no active inventory near you. You can use the Contact page to suggest a product or supplier, and we'll work on expanding coverage.
Are these suppliers vetted?
All suppliers on LubeRegistry are reviewed and manually approved before their listings go live. They are regional distributors serving the Great Lakes manufacturing belt.
